Product Authenticity and Unauthorised Discounting

We received this email today from a consumer:

My cousin have recently bought the Olivenol Begin-Liquid form (1bottle) for me. She says that it’s actually RM189 but given a discounted price at RM170. However, to be eligible for the RM170, she must return the box to the seller (**** Pharmacy at Bandar Mahkota Cheras) So unfortunately, when she presented to me last Sunday, I could not check online whether it is genuine or not! Please advise

This is our reply to her and the same one we wish to announce to all consumers:

  • We DO NOT recommend consumer purchase OLIVENOL without the original packaging and security label. The pharmacy is not complying with our product sales and distribution guidelines. We suggest you go back and demand they provide you proof of authenticity. This is your right and it is designed to protect you.


  • For your information, OLIVENOL livin; liquid is sold at fixed price of RM189, nationwide. No one is allowed to discount. The ONLY approved promotion is BUY 4 before 30 Sept and get 1 bottle Free. The pharmacy is probably collecting your box to claim free unit for themselves. This is unethical practise on their part and unfair to other pharmacies.



    • We do not condone such practises. Action will be taken against this pharmacy if we confirm that this is indeed the case.
